Unpredictable may be great when you're talking about spontaneity, but not so much when everyday is unpredictable.

When you have MS, everything is up in the air.

Will today be the day my legs give out?

Will I fall today?

Can I make it through a presentation without losing words?

Is this new pain going to continue?

With MS, these are things you have to live with every day. It's harder than it seem. It takes a mental toll on you. Even the good days can quickly turn bad.

And that's what this journal is about. It's my way to get things off my chest, whether anyone reads it or not.

This song is the best way to describe it, not necessarily the words, but the changes. The song starts out upbeat and like a dance song, then quickly turns dark and into angry thrash metal.
